A progressive system based on robotics and competition
Robots are essentially just toys that respond to programming, making them a great tool for teaching complex concepts like computational thinking. Everything becomes much more tangible than if it were on a computer screen alone, allowing kids to actually see the results of their efforts, and helping to maintain a high level of motivation.
Competition helps foster teamwork and communication as kids work together toward a common goal. Challenges motivate kids to think critically and learn new concepts. There are always multiple ways to complete a challenge and, like sports, even when you win, there are always areas to improve and even more to learn and practice.
We want to enable kids to build something useful and feel empowered to solve real problems using technology. Many of the most influential members of the tech community began learning about software and hardware at a very young age. We’ve developed a curriculum that gets kids excited about engineering and coding so they can begin to explore its possibilities while their creativity is at its peak.
